Experience: Served as a neutral in 800 matters involving goods, services or property; employment; personal injury accidents; product liability; insurance coverage and professional liability. This is coupled with 35 years in civil litigation in the trial of a broad spectrum of cases, including products liability (inter alia, toxics such as asbestos & lead), professional liability (legal, health care providers and insurance brokers), work place accidents, labor relations (including discrimination and harassment). Entered into alternative dispute resolution in 1985 and transitioned to a full time neutral in 1999. Serves as a panel member for Kaiser/Permanente, California Department of Insurance, Court of Appeals, Orange County Superior Court, San Diego Superior Court, San Diego County Bar Fee Mediation/Arbitration, Los Angeles Superior Court Mediator panel (until June 2013), and The Mediator Registry.
